تم اكتشاف علة جديدة في إصدار 2023.4 من مكتبة ostree-libs, العلة تتسبب بتعطل Flatpak بالكامل, بحيث لا يمكنك تنزيل او تحديث او حذف اي برنامَج.

مازال لم يصدر تحديث يحل العلة, الحل الوحيد حاليا هو العودة لإصدار اقدم.
sudo dnf downgrade ostree-libs
وهناك تقارير تشير المكانية تنزيل البرامج مع صلاحيات الجذر, لكن هذا لا ينصح به, لأنه يلغي احد اكبر ميزات Flatpak.

As reported on https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/5452, multiple Fedora u… sers seem to be seeing Flatpak update failures since their OS was upgraded from libostree 2023.3 to 2023.4. @yuntaz0 reports in https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/5452#issuecomment-1604140400 that rolling back to a previous OS image resolves this for them; only a few packages were involved in that rollback, of which libostree seems like the most likely cause for a Flatpak regression.
I haven't packaged 2023.4 for my OS (Debian) yet, so I have no particular insight into this myself.

3. Reboot system
4. `flatpak install <any_application>`

An app will be installed without any problems.

### Additional Information
I'm using void linux with glibc, gnome, pipewire and wayland.
This bug works with any app, not only the `discord-screenaudio` (I've tried `Epiphany`, `ExtensionManager` and etc.)
Also I have tried to:
* Remove the remote and set it up again
* `flatpak repair`
* `sudo flatpak repair`
* `flatpak repair --user`
* `flatpak unsinstall --unsued`
* `flatpak update`
* `flatpak update --appstream`
* `sudo xbps-remove -R -O flatpak; sudo xbps-install flatpak`
* `sudo xbps-install -Suy`

تم اصلاح علة Flatpak على فيدورا.
يكفي تحديث التوزيعة عن طريق الأمر
sudo dnf update
سوف يتم تنزيل الإصدار ostree-libs-2023.4-2 تِلْقائيًا.
